Posi Pour Wholesalers wishes to thank the Australian Bartenders Guild and all the members who have created a large majority of the 'mocktail' recipes seen on this page. The support of the Guild and bartenders has made the MONIN name an essential part of the bar industry, for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Remember: any of the below listed 'mocktails' can be made alcoholic cocktails by adding 30ml or so of your favourite spirits.

60ml mango puree 60ml pineapple juice 20ml lime juice 10ml Monin Orgeat (almond) Blend with ice and serve in Colada Glass.	60ml watermelon juice 30ml peach puree 30ml passionfruit puree 20ml apple juice 10ml Monin Ginger syrup 1 slice fresh ginger Blend with ice and serve in Colada Glass. Garnish with star fruit wheel	In a shaker muddle 6 lime chunks, 5 mint leaves, a small chunk of ginger and a dash of sugar syrup. Add 90ml lemon tea. 10ml Monin Ginger syrup 15ml Monin Orgeat (almond) Dash of lemon juice. Shake vigorously and pour into highball. Garnish with mint sprig

30ml Monin Coconut 15ml Monin Peach 1/3 fresh banana 60ml Guava juice 100ml pineapple juice Press strawberry slices inside 300ml tulip glass, rimmed with coconut. Blend ingredients with two scoops ice. Pour Monin Grenadine & cream on top. Garnish with 1/2 strawberry & white chocolate heart floated.	20ml Monin Yellow Banana 10ml Monin Coconut 5ml Monin Peach 30ml apple/peach juice 30ml cream 1/4 banana Line 180ml wine glass with raspberry puree. Blend ingredients with two scoops ice. 30ml Monin Raspberry 30ml Monin Tangerine 30ml apple juice 15ml Monin Lime Cordial Shake all ingredients with ice, strain over crushed ice in highball glass.	15ml Monin Strawberry 15ml Monin Coconut 15ml cream 2 strawberries Blend with scoop of ice, coconut & cream until frappe. In another blender, blend ice strawberry & two strawberries till frappe.
