a shaker muddle 6 lime chunks, 5 mint leaves, a small chunk of ginger and a
dash of sugar syrup.
Add
90ml lemon tea.
10ml Monin Ginger syrup
15ml Monin Orgeat (almond)
Dash of lemon juice.
Shake vigorously and
pour into highball. Garnish with mint sprig
