Monin is a family achievement. In 1912, Georges Monin founded
his company in the heart of France to create 100% natural syrups.
His son Paul continued in the same spirit and initiated its development
to the international market. Today Olivier, third generation, perpetuates
the family tradition while moving towards the third millennium where innovation
and the internationalization are paramount.

the culinary, bar, fine dining, and gourmet trades.

If Monin has the
passion for quality, it also has the spirit of conquest. In 1993,
Monin discovered the taste Americans have for flavored coffees. Three
years late, Monin In. of Clearwater Florida built a 45,000 s.f. facility
with an annual production capacity of 10 million bottles!!!! Today
the combination of expertise and high-end technology allows Monin Inc.
to meet the needs of the whole American market.

In the manufacture
and bottling of their products, both companies are equipped with high tech
machines. Each production line has a capacity of 6,000 bottles per
hour with an 'ultra clean' filling room. (Monin syrups are
flash pasteurized and homogenized) The French facility, the only
holder of production secrets, is connected through computers with the American
site. In real time, a Programmable Language Computer manages recipes,
launches production and ensures quality control in America.

slam' at the cocktail world championships in Vienna in 1993, with
three Gold Medals, and two Bronze,
out of a possible five. Again in Japan in October, 1996, Monin
made history at the International Bartenders Competitions by being the
only brand ever to be used by all World
Champions and Gold Medal Winners.
