If Monin has the passion for quality, it also has the spirit of conquest.  In 1993, Monin discovered the taste Americans have for flavored coffees.  Three years later, Monin In. of Clearwater Florida built a 45,000 s.f.  facility with an annual production capacity of 10 million bottles!!!!  Today the combination of expertise and high-end technology allows Monin Inc. to meet the needs of the whole American market.

In the manufacture and bottling of their products, both companies are equipped with high tech machines.  Each production line has a capacity of 6,000 bottles per hour with an 'ultra clean' filling room.   (Monin syrups are flash pasteurized and homogenized)  The French facility, the only holder of production secrets, is connected through computers with the American site.  In real time, a Programmable Language Computer manages recipes, launches production and ensures quality control in America.
