Lavender Sage Martini

 

15ml Monin Lavender

30ml Grey Goose Citron

20ml Grey Goose

10ml Monin Jasmine syrups

15ml lemon juice

6 sage leaves

2 lavender flowers

Muddle sage leaves, lavender flowers & Monin

Lavender.  Add all other ingredients.  Shake, strain

into a Martini glass.  Garnish with a lavender flower wrapped

in sage leaf.

Shake vigorously with ice until frothy.

Blend all ingredients with ice. Pour into tulip glass.
Garnish with orange wheel & maraschino cherry.
Monin Star

Blend caramel, vodka, pineapple juice and mango with ice.

Blend with ice & pour into small hurricane glass.

Mixing Flavour Key
Better tasting cocktails and more profits are things we all want.  Instead of using ordinary liqueur, use Monin and you can achieve this.  The main difference is Monin's natural flavours, with no artificial preservatives, versus ordinary liqueurs artificial flavouring with preservatives.  The pricing is of course an important issue.  Due to Monin's powerful flavouring you only need half as much to obtain twice as much taste.  The following is a key to show you how you can replace some well known liqueurs with Monin syrups:-
